چکیده
The world population is increasing, and our current agricultural practices are not sustainable enough to address the concerns. Alternative proteins including plant-based would provide a more source of food feed ingredients. Among systems, aquaculture industry rapidly growing, while still depending on marine sources as main protein. Thus, using alternative for developing aquafeed make this viable. Sorghum valuable grain with high protein contents, proper mineral fatty acids balance, available all around world. However, sorghum has been used widely development. In review article, we cover production, composition, development, bioprocessing methods enhancing quality sorghum.
